Attached is a full explanation of the scoring error that occurred with the draft BC list for review. DHR is grateful for the partnership of Local 2, and its members, who pointed out the omission of Mr. McDonagh and for that of CFD and OPSA, who have worked with us to resolve this issue expeditiously with our consultant IOS. 

IOS has showed contrition for this error, and they have stated that they will meet with the union if it so wishes.
